Uganda is a good year-round destination, but the rainy seasons (March to May and November to December) can make logistics a little tricky.

About Rwanda

Rwanda - Land of a thousand hills

Let us preserve our heritage Genuine eco-tourism means tourism that has no negative impact on eco-systems, and positively contributes to the destination on a social and environmental level

Rwanda is known as Le Pays des Mille Collines (Land of a Thousand Hills) thanks to the endless mountains in this scenically stunning little country. Nowhere are the mountains more majestic than the Virunga volcanoes in the northwest, and hidden among the bamboo forests are some of the world’s last remaining mountain gorillas. For a change of scene, the shores of Lake Kivu conceal some of the best inland beaches on the continent, while Nyungwe Forest National Park protects extensive tracts of montane rainforest, and is home to many primates. But it’s not all monkey business – Kigali, the capital, is safe and sophisticated.

The trip was split by an internal flight into two and therefore we had two private guides that looked after us throughout the trip. They were both very knowledgable and worked very hard so we could have the best holiday possible Ursula Meyers
Overall, we had a fantastic experience during our 3-week safari in Uganda and Rwanda, the gorilla experience was in Rwanda was the best highlight Sonja Loreto
